I know of many girls that have successfully overcome these thoughts and have moved on with their lives. You have to believe that you can overcome it, if you can begin to focus on the positive things about your life, your new found happiness, and all the love you have received, then you will find your way out of your depression. Focus on that, and remind yourself that you have been provided with great gifts in life.

The more you do this the more you will start to feel better about yourself. This might seem like a time consuming task, but with practice, you will be surprised at how effective this is.
